I have been suffering with chronic pain and resulting fibromyalgia and insomnia for more than five years following a spinal injury. Every conversation with my GP proved frustrating, and always ended in my refusal to take more painkillers or antidepressants, as that was all that was offered. In addition, I’ve endured perimenopausal symptoms for the last few years, for which I eventually agreed to take HRT.
One lengthy conversation with Sara, and my life has turned around completely. No exaggeration.

After 8 years of hormones as a result of IVF treatment I didn’t want to go back there during my peri-menopause and take to HRT, and as I was starting to experience some symptoms I decided to look for a more natural, alternative solution & that is how I found Sara.
