food intolerance testing
Is the food you eat making you ill?

Some researchers estimate that 80% of the population suffers from food intolerance. Symptoms are varied and although they're not life-threatening, they can make life miserable for sufferers

Find out once and for all whether what you eat is the root cause of your health problems.

In an hour-long session, I will use kinesiology techniques to test up to 150 commonly eaten foods including meats, pulses, grains, dairy products, vegetables, fruits and herbs, as well as alcoholic drinks to find out what is causing your symptoms.

Symptoms of food intolerance include:

  • Fatigue

  • IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome)

  • Asthma

The problem with food intolerance is that - without testing - they can be difficult to identify

The symptoms can be vague, and may express up to a week after you've eaten the culprit food. It isn't just a case of eat wheat; get headache, but rather, eat tomatoes on Monday; suffer joint pain on Friday.

Without reliable testing, it can be difficult to unravel what is really causing your health problem(s).

Kinesiology is an effective, reliable, quick and non-invasive way to find out which foods or drinks are causing problems with your health. It is suitable for all ages from babies up.

Since 2003 I have helped people to regain their health and vitality, and food is always key in doing so. Establishing which foods a person is intolerant to, and removing them is the first step is allowing the body to heal.

Naturopathic treatment to balance the digestive system is vital to ensure that once optimum health has been restored, you can return to a broad, healthy diet without problem.
