I am a naturopath and herbalist, with a decade's experience of working with natural remedies.

I was inspired to train in naturopathy and medical herbalism due to my own ill-health: I had chronic fatigue syndrome (ME) for six years, drew a blank with my doctor and in desperation turned to natural remedies.  I experienced their power first-hand. I am truly grateful for the CFS/ ME. Without it I would not have found my true passion in life; natural medicine.

I am a member of the United Register of Herbal Practitioners (URHP) and complete regular Continual Professional Development courses.

I practice in Leamington Spa, but my patients come from all over Warwickshire and the West Midlands including Warwick, Solihull, Birmingham, Stratford, Banbury, Coventry, Kenilworth, Southam and Rugby, and as far afield as Wednesbury, Droitwich and Leicestershire.

I live in Leamington with my husband, two young children and dog, combining looking after them with my private practice at Neal's Yard Remedies and corporate work throughout the Midlands.
